Data retention policy

This is how AICord handles your data after you kicked the bot from your server

If you don't invite AICord back to your Discord server in 182 days after kicking it, your data will be deleted entirely!

After someone kicks AICord, their data is soft deleted , which means that it is marked as inactive and is scheduled to be deleted after 182 days counted from the kick. After the schedule expires, their data will be erased entirely from our systems.

This process helps us to free up storage space for active AICord users.
