I'm out of tokens. What do I do?

Don't worry. You can absolutely get more tokens for FREE by using /token claim and voting for the bot on a daily basis. With this action you'll get 70 tokens every time you do it and there's no extra charge as in money or token usage.

I need help from the staff. What should I do?

AICord staff is always happy to help you resolve any issues regarding our services. The easiest way to get support attention is by creating a ticket in our support server. To do that, just head to ⁠🎫・support-tickets and follow the instructions shown there. If the issue's minor or you just need some quick help/info, feel free to ping @AICord Staff on the server.

A feature is not working for me

AICord has scaled rapidly over the previous months and there might still be undiscovered bugs as the development team is really small. We're sorry for the inconvenience! Please report the bug(s) you experience in our support server, and we'll get it fixed ASAP

Someone is impersonating me with a character. How do I stop them?

While AI characters are fun to interact with and mimic real humans, some people use them to harm others and defame them. This is against the Terms of Service of AICord and results in the server being banned or the removal of AI character. You can report impersonators to AICord Team on our support server, and we'll take action.
